This bracelet is made with illustrations laminated onto wooden tiles. This bracelet has silver plated wire and a silver plated hook and eye clasp. The bracelet has 3 tile beads featuring 3 different aikido illustrations. Each illustration says Aikido in Japanese Kanji. When the three illustrations are put together, the backgrounds of the three tiles also spell Aikido in Japanese Kanji. There are matching accent beads on either side of the illustrations. This bracelet is available in white, red, orange, green, blue, aqua, and purple. It is adjustable to fit a wrist between 6.5 - 8 inches.

How are they Made?
We begin with large pieces of screen printed Japanese papers. We measure and cut the pieces into squares for folding. We fold several hundred peace cranes using the traditional origami pattern. The paper cranes are pierced and have a silver plated loop attached. The folded paper peace cranes are then massaged in a wet plastic jewelry epoxy and hung to dry for 24 hours. The delicate paper peace cranes have now transformed into a solid plastic.

The everlasting origami peace cranes used in necklace pendants, earrings, and hair sticks are about an inch and a half across. Earrings are about 2 inches long and necklaces are about 18 inches long. If you have a special request for a different length, please let us know and we will do our best to make a special item just for you.
